Reservations

  • Should you wish to make a booking, kindly make a booking on our website or write to us at info@anopura.com
  • Anopura has a limited inventory of private villa residences and experiences a number of queries. 
  • Blocking of reservation dates are first come, first serve basis through our reservations office and exclusive global travel partners. 
  • Confirmation of bookings are only processed on completion of invoice payment formalities.
  • Only paid bookings are confirmed in our calendar and reservation dates are secured.

Reservation Policies

  • 18% GST is applicable and additional on the above rates. Per Night Basis Rates. o Single / Double Occupancy rates are the same.
  • We welcome children of all ages. However, all guests traveling with children are requested to keep them under adult supervision at all times as we are situated in a wilderness area.
  • A maximum of two children aged 8 or under will be accommodated without any extra charges.
  • Children over the age of 8 shall incur an additional occupancy charge of INR 2000 + Taxes inclusive of extra bed and breakfast.
  • Adults 18 + shall incur an additional occupancy charge of INR 3000 + Taxes

inclusive of extra bed and breakfast. With Meals – INR 6000 + Taxes

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made over 30 days prior to arrival can claim a 90% refund. A 10% administrative fee is applicable to any confirmed booking. Cancellations made within 0- 30 days prior to arrival – No refund.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for bookings made between 20th December to 2nd January (Christmas – New Year Period)
  • Force Majeure – Anopura, Jaipur shall not be liable for any cancellation, modification, or refund arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event that may cause the website or the resort to be unavailable or inaccessible.

Amendments/Changes

  • More than 30 days before arrival – 15% retention charge.
  • 15-30 days before arrival –  40% retention charge.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival – 100% retention charge.

Refund Policy

  • We process refunds as per our cancellation policy. 
  • No refund is offered for bookings made during the Christmas and New Year period. (20th December to 2nd January)
  • Refunds would take 10-14 business days to be processed.

Booking With Us

We accept payments by credit card, UPI, Google Pay, and bank transfer through our reservations office. We maintain a policy of full advance payment as with an exclusive and private inventory of 14 rooms, we cannot afford to hold a room for a guest who may not arrive.

NOTE: A booking is only held without payment for 03 days from the invoice generation post which is released back to general inquiries by our system.
